Role and Responsibilities

• Keeping of all records that relates to the dispatched goods
• Received goods from Suppliers
• Maintaining all housekeeping of their vehicles, distributes and receives material, goods, tools, equipment, and products
• Ensuring all safety regulations are followed on the road and by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to any other duties that are given within the perimeters of warehousing and deliveries standards: 

• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner;
• To operate the vehicle for the delivery of goods
• Provides a communication link between customers and staff
• Operates ramps, lifts and securement devices as needed
• Reads and interprets driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for customers.
• Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on Drivers work order sheets, customer delivery bills, vehicle maintenance, fuel, purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle checklist reports and other records that are requested from management;
• Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management
• Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers and management. 

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class 4 License
• At Least 5 years’ driving experience .
