Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and strategic plan, ensuring all departments work cohesively to achieve ambitious goals.
• Expansion Champion: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new markets, products, and strategic partnerships.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing efficient processes and best practices to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Client Advocate: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and the public, acting as the company's primary spokesperson.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and market trends to provide strategic direction.
• Sales Acumen: Utilize your sales experience to drive new business opportunities and secure high-value contracts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director, VP, GM, or equivalent). Prior experience in a sales leadership role is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing software development teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in building and managing client relationships within the software development industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree a plus).
