record in software development management and sales leadership.
In this results-oriented position, you will:
● Spearhead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and
strategic plan, ensuring all departments work cohesively to achieve ambitious goals.
● Expansion Champion: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new
markets, products, and strategic partnerships.
● Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, implementing efficient
processes and best practices to optimize productivity and profitability.
● Client Advocate: Forges strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and the
public, acting as the company's primary spokesperson.
● Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of software development
methodologies, technologies, and market trends to provide strategic direction.
● Sales Acumen: Contribute directly to the company's success by utilizing your sales
experience to drive new business opportunities and secure high-value contracts.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 3
years in a leadership role (Director, VP, GM, or equivalent). Prior experience in a sales
leadership role is a plus.
● Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing software development
teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve or
exceed revenue targets.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
● Experience in building and managing client relationships within the software
development industry.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to
influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or other
advanced degree a plus).
