Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gardener to maintain the landscaping and green spaces of our property. The ideal candidate will ensure that all gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and align with our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the appearance of gardens, lawns, trees, and other green areas within the property.
• Plant, prune, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees to ensure healthy growth.
• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from all landscaped areas.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers as needed while following safety guidelines.
• Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal landscaping projects.
• Ensure walkways, patios, and other outdoor areas are clean and free of obstructions.
• Monitor and report any pest infestations, plant diseases, or irrigation issues.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques.
• Familiarity with gardening tools, irrigation systems, and lawn care equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and bending.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Basic knowledge of pest control and plant care products.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work with minimal supervision.
