JOB DUTIES:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain adequate stock levels by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Oversee receiving, unpacking, and shelving of merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortages.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Create promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to attract customers.
- Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to adjust inventory and marketing efforts accordingly.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Train staff on effective customer service techniques and ensure they adhere to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the gift shop budget, including forecasting sales, expenses, and profitability.

Administrative Tasks:

Vendor Relations:
