Our client is a well-respected Real Estate Broker in Ocho Rios St. Ann. On their behalf, we are seeking a Front Office/Executive Assistant to join the team.
Our client operates a Real Estate Brokerage firm in Ocho Rios, St. Ann. We're hiring a Front Office/Executive Assistant to join the team.
Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner and directing their enquiry appropriately to ensure their needs are met.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents including office correspondence and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments/ meetings and scheduling in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Maintaining general office files, including the company website, job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Purchasing as required by Management.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties as needed.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field.
3 or more years’ office administration experience.
High level communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a can-do attitude at all times.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access and Google Docs ). Experience in relevant Social Media platforms and Design applications to support postings such as ‘Canva’.
Comfortable and Responsible to handle confidential information and manage office security as required
