The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.

Reports to: Senior Officer-Fraud
Job Summary:
The fraud officer is responsible for monitoring cardholder activity to avert fraudulent transactions. Provides reports of suspicious activities to 4Cs client and provides customer service support as required
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Utilise in-house fraud monitoring tools to identify abnormal behaviour or suspicious activity and take necessary action
- Resolve Customer and Client issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Represent the department professionally in speaking with/to internal and external customers
- Analyse transaction patterns and respond quickly to high risk situations
- Verify account activity and take appropriate action to minimise potential fraud loss and customer inconvenience as well as controlling and managing calls
- Maintain daily and monthly performance standards, including those pertaining to quality and quantity

HOURS OF WORK
8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
Current Shift Hours 7am – 3 pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11p.m.-7 am.
Shifts are rotated and candidate must be available to work shifts as scheduled
Candidate must be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
Education and Experience
- Associate degree business/management or related field
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
