transport materials within our warehouse/plant, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials from incoming trucks.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize products in a neat and safe manner.
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance activities.
- Assist in counting and verifying inventory.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Valid certification to operate a forklift.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
