Royal Decameron Club Caribbean is seeking to fill the post of Food and Beverage Manager.

Duties:

  1. Recruit, train, and supervise personnel to guarantee exceptional customer service and performance.
  2. Create and manage budgets, track spending, and evaluate financial reports to maintain profitability.
  3. Work in conjunction with chefs and culinary staff to develop and revise menus, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, and quality.
  4. Ensure the proper storage and management of food and beverage items, manage inventory levels, and order supplies.
  5. Strive to improve guest satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  6. Ensure the seamless operation of special events, banquets, or catering services by planning and executing them.
  7. Evaluate operating procedures on a regular basis and identify areas that need improvement.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality /tourism management/ management studies or related field
  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage and/or Tourism Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence
