We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Food and Beverage Administrator to support the operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring smooth coordination and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage (F&B) department, including scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in inventory management by coordinating orders, receiving supplies, and tracking stock levels of food, beverages, and equipment.
  • Manage and update menus, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dietary requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to food and beverage services, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, such as banquets, weddings, and conferences, in collaboration with the F&B team.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and performance in the F&B department.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all F&B operations, including food handling, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the F&B management team in budget tracking, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front office) to ensure seamless service delivery for events and dining services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or administrative roles is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with restaurant or hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
