Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff to improve technical and soft skills.
- Organize the Epic Talent Academy 3–4 times annually, focusing on operational and service excellence.
- Develop content that blends theory and practical activities, simulating real-life service scenarios.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the operational environment.
2. Reinforcement of Operational Standards:
- Conduct regular refresher courses to maintain consistency in service and operational procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Quality and F&B teams.
- Measure training effectiveness through audits, performance evaluations, and feedback.
3. Supervision & Evaluation:
- Monitor employee performance during training and provide constructive feedback.
- Apply evaluation tools to assess learning outcomes and track progress.
- Recommend corrective actions for underperforming staff.
4. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all training programs comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Promote best practices in food handling, workplace safety, and grooming standards.
5. Resource & Equipment Management:
- Supervise the proper use of training materials and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues.
6. Collaboration & Consulting:
- Work closely with the F&B Director, Quality Team, and other department leaders to align training with operational goals.
- Participate in departmental meetings to provide updates on training progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
