Position Overview

As the Floor Supervisor – Delivery, you will oversee the delivery area’s operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and motivate a team to perform their tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of organization and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure transactions are accurately processed and correct orders are prepared for delivery.
• Inspect goods prior to delivery to minimize refund requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficiency in the delivery area to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Minimum of 4 CXC, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications, including Mathematics or Accounts and English.
• Certification in supervisory management training (preferred).
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
