About the role
The Manager, Financial Reporting is responsible for financial reporting for the Bahamas Operations of FirstCaribbean International Bank (Bahamas) Limited within Finance, including ensuring that the financial / management systems, procedures, controls, and policies within the Bank’s operations are appropriate and functioning so that timely, accurate and reliable information is produced. The incumbent also undertakes / provides analysis and makes recommendations on actions to improve performance in the business and business units; supports Financial Controller with the financial and operational planning within the unit, and manages financial reporting in an efficient, high value adding manner, ensuring that the clients of the unit are given clear proactive guidance on the management of expected.
