Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) (3 to 5 years experience)

BLEWSTREAM is seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 3 to 5 years’ experience of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Duties:

• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Requirements:
✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
✔️ Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or ACCA or CPA
