Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) (6 to 10 years experience)

We are seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 6 to 10 years’ experience of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Duties:

• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee variance analysis and provide interpretative insights into financial performance.
• Develop complex financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior FP&A team members as required.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide interpretative financial insights for operational decision-making.

Requirements:
✔️ 6 to 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
✔️ Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.
✔️ Strong leadership and analytical skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or ACCA or CPA
✔️ Masters degree is preferred.
