Position: Financial Assistant
Job Requirements:
1. University's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related majors.
2. Hold a relevant accounting certification, with at least 1 year of work experience in the field.
3. Work experience in a construction company is preferred.
4. Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in Excel for financial data analysis.
5. Strong adherence to job principles and confidentiality awareness.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's financial policies and assist the financial manager with financial data analysis, accounting, and financial report preparation.
2. Regularly conduct asset supervision, management, and inventory tasks as required by the head office.
3. Handle the binding, and archiving of various vouchers.
4. Assist in tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Basic Salary of monthly payment(Probation salary: 3 months:
From JM$150,000 to 180,000, which will be offered according to your working experience.
