Marathon Insurance Brokers is a trusted name in the Jamaican insurance sector for over 25 years. Our head office is housed in New Kingston with Branches in Portmore, Montego Bay and Savanna-la-mar. 

We are rapidly expanding in the field of Life and Health Insurance to include Group and Pension services. 

Our team is seeking to develop and employ Financial Advisors across our current and expanding branch network i.e. island-wide.

Role

This is a full-time position where advisors are trained and licensed to build and maintain a portfolio of clients for various financial services to include Financial Planning and Risk Management as well as Personal/Group Insurance and Pension. 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher Degree in a business-related field is an asset.

• Minimum five (5) CXCs to include a numeric subject. 
• Must have a valid driver's License.
• Should have uninterrupted access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• 3 Years Work Experience
• Sales Experience is a clear asset.
• Experience as a Financial Advisor at a reputable company will allow for a fast- tracked process. 

Skills

• Proficiency in basic IT tools to include Microsoft Suite, Internet and Windows OS. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Sales and Relationship culture
