Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial advice on insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions tailored to clients' goals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company products.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-ups effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is an asset.
• Minimum of six (6) CXC subjects, including a numerical subject.
• Licensed as a Financial Advisor in the insurance industry is an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have uninterrupted access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in sales or financial services.
• Experience as a Financial Advisor at a reputable company is an advantage for fast-tracked onboarding.
• Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
