Are you a Finance professional with experience in Banking as a Lender and an Adjudicator? 

Kingston Industrial Garage is seeking a results-driven Finance and Insurance (F&I) Specialist to manage financial and insurance operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will build strong networks with financial institutions and insurance providers, guide customers through financing and insurance options, and ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
• Assess and recommend financing and insurance options to customers.
• Assist customers with credit assessments, loan applications, and approvals.
• Monitor F&I performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Follow up closely with bankers to track application status and fulfill any changing requirements promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Attend industry events and training to stay updated on market trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly closing targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, insurance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and industry regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
