Seeking a skilled Recruiter with a background in Finance & Accounting (F&A) to identify, attract, and hire top talent for finance and accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for F&A positions.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
· Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to find top talent.
· Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
· Negotiate salary, benefits, and ensure smooth onboarding.
· Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
· Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
· Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience in F&A recruitment or a degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
· 2+ years working in accounting or finance field
· Ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
· Ability to manage expectations and close offers effectively.
Preferred Skills:
· CPA, CFA, or finance certifications (a plus).
· Experience recruiting for roles like accountants, financial analysts, controllers, auditors, etc.
· Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in hiring.
