We are excited to offer a pathway to join our team as our Finance Manager. The individual will be responsible for the daily Finance Administration of the company and will report to the Head of Finance.

 
We are excited to offer a pathway to join our team as our Finance Manager. The individual will be responsible for the daily Finance Administration of the company and will report to the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  • Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance aligned to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
  • Monitoring cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
  • Coordinating and liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Supporting business unit leaders with financial insights and performance analysis.
  • Improvement and implementation of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Enhancement of department capabilities through leadership and mentorship.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Proven success and experience (5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive in-depth working knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws, aligned to compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deliver services with impartiality.
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet strict timelines, multi-task and work under pressure.
