We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. This role is critical in providing strategic financial leadership, optimizing cash flow, ensuring robust financial reporting, and strengthening financial controls.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership to provide data-driven financial recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including ratio analysis and variance reporting, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control frameworks.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

  • Manage and optimize the AR function, ensuring efficient invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Implement policies to enhance cash flow management, minimize credit risk, and improve collection efficiency.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment planning.
  • Monitor market trends, interest rates, and currency fluctuations to mitigate financial risk.
  • Optimize working capital to ensure business liquidity and operational efficiency.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Partner with HR to resolve payroll-related inquiries and drive process improvements.

Intercompany Transactions & General Ledger Management

  • Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger, overseeing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
