Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve network issues and connectivity issues

  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and network hardware problems

  • Assist with network configuration and setting up network devices

  • Implement network security measures through various protocols

  • Monitor network operations and maintain network system stability

  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices.

  • Handle network troubleshooting for both local area network (LAN) and vast area network (WAN) setups

  • Provide Basic technical support as a technical support specialist to end-users

  • Work with various network equipment from vendors like Juniper Networks

  • Participate in routine network engineering tasks and updates

  • Basic understanding OSI model

  • At least 6 months Experience in a similar role

  • Able to adapt to a fast paced changing environment

  • Experience with google workspace platform would be an asset.
