THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY.  MUST BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.

 

SALARY: $8,000.00 PLUS A COMPANY VEHICLE, A COMPANY CELL PHONE, AND GAS ALLOWANCE OF $1,000.00 PER MONTH


FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients in assigned territories.
    • Promote and sell our hardware products to new and existing customers.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.


  • Market Research and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.


  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
    • Educate customers about product usage and advantages, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied.


  • Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and order forms.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
