Compensation: Base salary + Travel Allowance + Commission

Purpose of the Role

 This position reports to the Channel Manager, Field Sales.
The primary purpose of the Field Sales Specialist role is to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for Flow by identifying potential clients via Field Sales (in person) channel, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.  Joining the mobile store in heavily trafficked areas across the island and going door to door. Additionally, there will be 2-3 large Flow activations per month that you will attend. You will also be responsible for building relationships with Corporations’ and hosting events on their site to sell to their employees. When not selling in person you will be responsible for following up with leads, generating your own leads (friends and family, etc), use social media to generate leads. The focus is on Residential Customers offering Residential Home Fixed Products on behalf of Flow (TV, Internet, Home Phone). The Field Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding Flow’s Customer base, exploring Affinity Program partnerships and achieving/exceeding Sales Targets, in a very competitive market.
 
Primary Accountabilities

  • To support all large activations as rolled out throughout the country.
  • To build and support affinity program opportunities targeting employees of corporates and large retailers and their consumers.
  • To support pop up shops at agreed affinity/retailers as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the mobile store team for activations, attending events, and promoting Flow's offerings.
  • Identify corporations for affinity program partnerships and establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Plan and execute regular visits to potential corporations, presenting Flow's product and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporations, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. 2
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales efforts and improve customer experience.

   KPI’s

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets (Revenue and Customers)
  • Client retention rate.
  • Sales revenue generated.
  • Several new affinity program partnerships were established.
  • NPS – contribute to the achievement of a positive score as per company target through interaction with customers.

Expectations

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and sales forecasts. • Actively participate in mobile store activations and affinity program partnership opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High School Education at a minimum 3
