Purpose of the Role
This position reports to the Channel Manager, Field Sales.
The primary purpose of the Field Sales Specialist role is to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for Flow by identifying potential clients via Field Sales (in person) channel, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Joining the mobile store in heavily trafficked areas across the island and going door to door. Additionally, there will be 2-3 large Flow activations per month that you will attend. You will also be responsible for building relationships with Corporations’ and hosting events on their site to sell to their employees. When not selling in person you will be responsible for following up with leads, generating your own leads (friends and family, etc), use social media to generate leads. The focus is on Residential Customers offering Residential Home Fixed Products on behalf of Flow (TV, Internet, Home Phone). The Field Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding Flow’s Customer base, exploring Affinity Program partnerships and achieving/exceeding Sales Targets, in a very competitive market.
