Job Title:  Field Operation Engineer/ Network Quality Engineer – Field Operations

Primary Objectives of the job:

• The primary function of the Engineer is to support and streamline field operation standards to ensure operational efficiency to achieve the KPI targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:      

• Conduct site/power audits to verify integrity of power systems at sites
• Assess onsite equipment and infrastructure to ensure proper maintenance standards
• Interrogate network nodes to investigate and resolve faults affecting site availability to prevent recurrence
• Engage with contractors, internal and external customers for project execution and field activities.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals.
• Update and maintain relevant databases

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
• Strong analytical skills
• Background in Telecoms or related area

Functional Skills:

• An agile approach to problem-solving
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outside of set working hours depending on network demands
