The Field Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and support to customers in the effective use and application of our products, offering remote and on-site assistance, training, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site technical support and training to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Assess & deploy post-market surveillance actions
Requirements & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in (clinical) laboratory science
Minimum 5 years experience working in a lab, preferably in a leadership role
Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint software
Knowledge of method validation guidelines and tools such as CLSI EP 15, Analyse-IT, etc.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for driving results and exceeding expectations
