Facility Technician

Responsible for the preventive maintenance of all warehouse facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Construct and repair fixtures, structures and equipment in Club

2.Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment and fixtures

3.Attend to both minor and major upkeep fo defective equipment and conducts weekly fogging.

4.Adheres to prevention, safety and security regulations and procedures by utilitizing the security equipment provided

5.Assists in special club projects such as marketing, banners installation of accessories, etc.

6.Compiles with the maintenance and repairs of the facilities as well as the Club.

Additional Requirements

1.High School Diploma

2.Experience in technical maintenance field

3.Forklift Certification preferred

4.Knowledge of maintenance equipment and forklifts

5.Valid driver's license required
