Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of university-based studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related area.

Degree preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Main Purpose

Increase the sales of Membership to meet or exceed assigned company goals according to geographical areas.

• Manage and maintain membership sales events.
• Promote membership benefits and responsible for the sale of Diamond and Business cards.
• Supports the Marketing Manager in developing positive public relations within the community.

Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.

• Excellent Math skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge in Windows operating system and AS400.
• Proficient in English and/or Spanish languages (verbal and written).
• Travel, as required

Key Responsibilities

Manages company visits and booth set-ups.

• Prepares Visit Schedule, making appointments for sign-ups and renewals, and follows-up on potential members.
• Prepares weekly list of contacts.
• Supports the increase on sales and profit for the Club.
• Updates monthly Visit Report and provide results

Additional Skills and Attributes

• Certificate in sales training or a minimum of two (2) years in sales or account management or marketing role
• Must have working vehicle
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Proven ability to achieve targets
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fast learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess good presentation skills
• Ability to conduct sales meetings
• Knowledge of modern marketing and sales techniques
• Ability to report effectively and meet deadlines
• Possess good negotiation skills
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Good time management skills
