The incumbent would be responsible for effectively providing overall overseeing of the Expeditor team with the view of achieving the objectives of the Division.

Bryden pi Ltd, one of the leading channel-focused distributors of Consumer, Health and Personal Care products in Trinidad and Tobago is on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join our unique family in the position of Expeditor Team Lead within the Hospital Equipment and Supplies Division.

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare and supervise customer quotations as requested inclusive of special proposals.
  • Supervise to ensure deliveries are sent out in a timely manner based on the deliverables report.
  • Supervise the preparation of required Nipdec delivery documentation
  • Supervise / Sign off on New Item forms
  • Supervise the verification of Purchase Orders from customers against quotation for price and quantity, ensuring that PO is completed within delivery period and payment terms stipulated and keep track of PO balances.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Purchasing teams to ensure that orders are placed with suppliers and track status of delivery.
  • Supervise and analyse the tracking report for the status of all quotes
  • Administrate customer transaction (enquiries, feedback, complaints) to enable service excellence objectives (CVP).
  • Monitor Stock Assets to minimize loss due to expiries.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product portfolio.
  • Oversee the monthly update of the Nipdec tender monitor.
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

 

Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

  • A minimum of Associates degree in Business Management or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ in a similar position with at least one year supervisory experience
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • Must provide a valid Police Certificate of Good Character

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage work to meet deadlines
