Executive Sous Chef
The Reefs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef who can assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of managing the kitchen department and personnel, ensuring quality preparation/production for all restaurants in accordance with The Reefs’ standards. Responsibilities will include purchasing food, menu development, maintaining approved food cost, controlling labor costs’, and budgeting.
Requirements:
Applicants must already be in possession of a US, UK or Canadian Visa if they require a Visa for travel. The Visa must currently be valid for at least 2 years forward.
