Position Overview:

As Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll collaborate with departments across the resort to meet guest requests and elevate their dining experience. This role is ideal for a culinary leader with a passion for innovation and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Innovation: Create seasonal and unique menus for all dining outlets, showcasing fresh ingredients and a flair for presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the kitchen and bakery team, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, gathering feedback to continuously enhance their culinary experience.
  • Cost Management: Oversee food costs, labor budgets, and waste reduction to maintain profitability.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the F&B Manager to deliver service excellence and boost guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury resort or fine-dining setting.
