Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing professional administrative support to ensure that the national office operates in an organized, efficient and professional manner. The Executive Assistant provides the necessary skills to work effectively with national director, function advisors, staff, board and external stakeholders to accomplish the strategic goals of the association.
Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience working in Executive Administrative roles, preferably at the executive level in an NGO; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Project Management and Business. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Non-profit or customer-oriented background preferred.
