Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient service to customers via phone, in-person, and online.
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution in line with established banking protocols.
• Educate customers about our diverse range of financial products and services, including account types, loans, and digital banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance their banking experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and banking practices to better assist customers.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by engaging in meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to compliance standards to ensure risk mitigation within banking operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 CXCs (English required).
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
