Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 CXCs (English & Mathematics or Accounts required).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
