Job Description: Events Coordinator
We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and fun-loving individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator! As an Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing various events for our organization. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events and promotions, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts and themes.
- Handle event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating event timelines.
- Promote events and promotions to target audiences and maximize attendance.
- Visit clients and educational institutions to sell and promote the companies’ events and products.
- Prepare and manage event-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and track budget allocations.

- Be available to work weekends as required to ensure successful event implementation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 CXC CSEC subjects, including English and Mathematics.
