We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to fill this multifaceted role. It involves maintaining our cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as handling deliveries and executing errands to ensure smooth operations and ensuring a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Work with the Administrative Assistant to monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal inventory levels.

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cleaning equipment, troubleshooting and recording of issues and coordinating repairs with the Administrative Assistant as needed.

Delivery Execution: Execute the delivery of supplies and equipment to various job sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Errand Management: Complete various errands related to company operations, including purchasing supplies, picking up equipment, and other logistical tasks as required.

Inventory Ordering: Work with the Administrative Assistant to place orders and ensure the timely delivery of products.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and maintenance logs.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and comply with safety regulations.

Team Support: Assist cleaning staff by providing necessary equipment and supplies for jobs, and offering training on proper usage and care when needed.

Warehouse Maintenance: Ensures warehouse is properly secured, maintained in a good clean condition and facilitates easy identification and counting of stock items.

Any other duties as directed by the Manager and Administrative Assistant.

 

 

Qualifications

• Five (5) CXC O’level passes, including Mathematics and English.

• 4-5 years’ relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, or maintenance preferred.

• Class 4 (Heavy-T) License.

• 3 – 4 years’ proven Heavy-T driving experience.

• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Sharp eye for detail, anticipating needs and adjusting strategies in real-time.

• Takes a well-ordered logical approach to identifying problems, generating feasible solutions and implementing solutions to issue closure.

• This position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, climbing and transporting cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Flexible and extended working hours, inclusive of evenings and weekends.
