Enterprise Risk Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance, promoting a risk-aware culture, and implementing effective risk strategies.

Job Summary:
Wisynco’s Enterprise Risk Management team increases awareness of business risks across the organization, in order to instill confidence in strategic objectives, improve compliance with regulatory and internal compliance mandates, and enhance operational efficiency through consistent application of processes and controls.

The Enterprise Risk Manager supports the Company’s Risk Officer regarding all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification and documentation of risks throughout the organization; developing reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment and mitigation of risks throughout the organization; to support the company’s overall strategic objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Identify and assess risks that could impact the achievement of company goals and objectives
• Ensure appropriate risk ownership and accountability of risk mitigation strategies
• Measure and monitor risk mitigation and monitoring plans by Risk Owners
• Execute quarterly program that engages functional leaders to identify and prioritize risks
• Perform detailed reviews of key risk-related data to develop, analyze and evaluate key risk indicators, as well as determine whether current drivers and indicators are effective
• Digitize documentation and assessment activities of the Risk Management team
• Prepare written reports that reflect the enterprise-wide risk profile in a clear, concise manner
• Provide leadership with key risk information to make data-driven and risk-informed decisions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the industry’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
• Engage functional heads of departments and various risk owners to build trusted business relationships
• Develop and champion company’s Business Continuity Planning as response to key company risk

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk management role
• Professional Service firm working experience preferred
• Public company working experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• Under/Graduate degree in Risk Management, Auditing, Information Security or equivalent
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a flexible, team environment
• Sound independent judgement
• High level of professionalism, work ethic, integrity and confidentiality of information
• Objectivity and independence are demonstrated
