Primary objective of the job:

  • The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for achieving their sales target by devising sales strategies to promote and sell our GSM and ICT solutions to a set of named Enterprise and Government customers.

 

  • They serve as the liaison between Digicel and our client to ensure our customers’ requirements are met and they will maintain good business relationships by means of trust and integrity, along with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.

This is a target based role so achievement of target is essential

 

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meets their monthly sales quota from new and existing assigned customer base and provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.

 

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

 

  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.

 

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to assist them in successfully securing new business revenue from their customer base.

 

  • To develop and maintain a deep understanding of Digicel portfolio of both GSM and ICT solutions.

 

  • To maintain a high level of awareness of both local and market trends that could support new business development.

 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

 

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Management, Marketing or Related field

 

  • A track record of high performance against quota

 

  • Ability to demonstrate capability for successful account management, GSM sales and ICT sales.

 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales or ICT

 

 

 

Functional Skills:

  • Highly motivated, charismatic, confident

 

  • ICT subject matter expert

 

  • Good communication skills both written and oral

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

  • Good negotiation skills

 

  • Good Planning and Organizational Skills
