JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for guiding and managing the daily provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company.
In this role, you would be responsible for designing, implementing, and developing the IER strategy, plans, programs, and initiatives that are aligned with and achieve the Company’s business objectives. You would develop and maintain positive relationships between employees, management, and labor unions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage all employee grievances, disputes, and complaints. You would also execute Continuum’s agenda in the areas of Culture, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion.
