We are seeking vibrant and dedicated Email/Chat Consultants to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by answering complex questions about product functionality and usage via email, chat, and occasionally phone calls.

Radius Global Solutions is seeking vibrant and dedicated email/chat consultants to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by answering complex questions about product functionality and usage via email, chat, and occasionally phone calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and employee inquiries via email, chat, community posts, or other communication channels using critical thinking rather than scripts.
  • Deliver outstanding service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Recognize limitations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Take full ownership of problem resolution; never leave a customer without a clear solution.
  • Accurately and efficiently log all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of customer support experience via phone, email, or chat, preferably in a software support environment.
  • Education: Minimum of 4 CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with agents, internal departments, and management.
    • Professional demeanor, dependability, and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
    • Experience with CRM systems and automated dialers preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
    • Flexibility to take phone calls as needed.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
