The fifth cohort of the JSE e-Campus’ Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services Management begins October 13, 2013. 

COURSE OVERVIEW

The JSE e-Campus Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services Management is a 15-month continuing professional education programme for individuals operating in the capital markets, dealing in investment products and for professionals in the financial services sector.

Our web-based learning system takes the hassle out of learning by allowing students to attend classes online. This platform makes it an ideal solution especially for today’s working professional who wants to pursue continuous education without frequently travelling to brick and mortar institutions or sacrificing family and social time. Notwithstanding, we at the JSE e-Campus understand the importance of face-to-face interactions and as such students get the opportunity to interact with lecturers and peers during Sunday lecture sessions at least once per Course.

• Global Capital Markets & Financial Tools; Compliance, Ethics & Corporate Governance; Strategic Portfolio Management and Market Risk & Middle Office Management. 

Module 3

• International Bond & Debt Markets; Mergers, Acquisitions & Privatizations; Corporate Structures & Procedures; Understanding & Interpreting Jamaica’s Financial Regulations & Laws and Mastering Financial Negotiations.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• A First Degree in Management Studies, Finance or any other related Social Sciences Degree; OR
• JIM Securities Course or any other FSC-approved first level Course and at least three (3) years relevant experience within the financial services sector or a related field

For Mature Applicants:

• At least eight (8) years industry experience; a written Statement of Intent and an interview.
