The effective management of an organisation’s human resources is now recognized as a critical component in the success of public and private enterprises. Irrespective of size, the presence of well-trained and highly motivated staff will enable organizations to meet the fresh challenges that come from the rapidly changing business environment.
One of the following:
Any ABE Level 5 Diploma or Equivalent qualification.
A Degree or equivalent.
Three Compulsory Units:
- Strategic Human Resource Management - (ABEHR_SHRM_01)
- Managing Organisational Change and Development - (ABEHR_MOCD_01)
- Performance Management and Reward - (ABEHR_PMR_01)
Plus Two Optional Unit:
- Corporate Strategy and Planning - (ABEBM_CSP_01)
- Managing in Organisations - (ABEBM_MIO_01)
- Project Management - (ABEBM_PM_01)
We require the following for admittance and registration:
