This program provides central topics of psychology organized around four (4) themes: Evolution and Development, Mind and Brain, Communication and Interaction and Adaptability and Wellbeing. A series of compulsory course units in Years 1 and 2 give students a thorough overview of the central theoretical ideas and empirical findings in psychology. Students in the final year can choose from a range of specialized courses in addition to the research project. A lot of attention is devoted to training students to acquire the skills required to carry out psychological investigations.
