The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our online sales strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a passion for online sales and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales.

  • Identify target markets and create effective online marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Website Management:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website.

  • Optimize website performance for search engines and user experience.

  • Ensure website security and compliance with industry standards.

  • Product Management:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.

  • Optimize product descriptions and images to drive sales.

  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products.

  • Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Customer Experience:

  • Provide excellent customer service through online channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
