Job Summary

The E-Commerce and Telesales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through Unicomer (Jamaica) Limited’s e-commerce platform and telesales operations. This role oversees strategy execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance online and remote sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and accelerating revenue growth through the e-commerce platform. They will optimize website performance, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to enhance user experience and sales effectiveness. The incumbent will monitor sales trends closely, working in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure seamless inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Additionally, they will identify new digital sales opportunities and lead initiatives for marketplace expansion. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and executing telesales strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer engagement. He/She will lead, train, and support the telesales team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer interactions. They will also implement CRM and analytics tools to improve call quality and sales processes. The E-Commerce and Telesales Manager will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a customer-centric and results-driven culture. They will collaborate with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, they will provide regular insights and performance reports to senior leadership to support business growth.

Key Competencies/Skills

• Strong understanding of digital sales channels and online customer behaviour. • Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies. • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in ecommerce and/or telesales leadership roles. • Strong experience in digital sales, online customer behaviour analysis, and sales strategies. • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing sales team
