Job Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the care and proper usage of the company’s delivery vehicle. It is the duty of the driver to deliver the company’s goods island wide whilst maintaining a professional image and providing good customer service.

Key Functions:

• Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Reviewing of orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, items are correct and the customer is satisfied.
• Accepting payments for cod orders delivered to customers.
• Adherence to assigned routes schedules.
• Adherence to the Company's Motor Vehicle Policy and Regulations whilst adhering to the laws that govern the operations of motor vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Assist with picking and packing in the warehouse
• Assist with company functions and expos on weekends and during the week when the need arises
• Assist with the unloading of containers and packing of shelves in the warehouse.

Minimum Requirement & Competencies:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Minimum of three (3) CXC’s with at least three years’ experience driving delivery vans.
• Pharmaceutical delivery experience would be a definite asset.
• Possession of a valid open General Driver’s License
• A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work on own initiative.
