KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling of company documents Assists with the transport of furniture and equipment at the Centre Picks up goods from the Centre's suppliers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection of mail and packages
- Assists with the transport of furniture and equipment at the Centre
- Picks up goods from the Centre's suppliers
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling of company documents
- Transport staff on company business as required
- Monitor motor vehicle, check vital functions (fluids, battery, etc.) daily. Issues timely reminders to supervisor regarding maintenance and document renewals to ensure road worthy vehicle and maintain 100% uptime
- Maintain log sheet of daily activities
- Demonstrate good customer service toward internal and external customers; maintain a cooperative attitude towards supervisor and team to achieve business goals
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards managers and staff at all times; discuss issues with supervisor in a timely manner
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 CXC’s or High School Diploma including Math & English
- 5 years driving experience with clean driving record
- General Llicence with weights exceeding 6,500 kg
- Drving certification would be an asset
- Clean police record
