The incumbent's main responsibilities can be listed as below:

** Dispatch all jobs in the Dispatch screen to meet the requirements of the various services offered, with the specified timeframe

** Process all packages for your assigned couriers in a timely fashion to meet the service it is intended for.

** Monitor and dialogue with your assigned couriers to advise of all outstanding pickups and deliveries under their driver code
